This program has been designed for founders, CEO’s, employer brands and change-makers. teaching how to turn their profile into an asset. As we enter into the Who Era, people have now moved their thinking on purchasing decisions away from buying into business brands and instead are buying into personal brands.
This program is the one organisations should look at, as it’s leading with a human response, not a company response.
Driving into growth
This is an 18-month program covering 36 topics to help shift a business from a 20th Century business model to a 21st Century business model.
The program supports business owners and leaders to navigate the phase we are in as we come out of recession into growth. It’s designed to get you ready to drive into the next phase of growth from 2021-2031 when the markets tell us that there will be a 10-year period of fast growth in our economies.
The program is designed to be intensive and collaborative in allowing you to work with a group of other business owners, it will run weekly for 18 months and we will get you ready.
The Program is also designed to be supportive, each week will consist of either closed group live classrooms, deep-dive research and case study sessions or live Q&A’s. Week-by-week we will guide you through each next step in the process over the 18 months.
In addition to the live learning, you will access a classroom of peers for support and to encourage peer to peer learning and that will also be moderated by a member of the BoB team who will be on hand to provide support and help with any questions.
Specifically, the 6-9 month phase post a recession is crucial to business owners. This is where businesses can “drift,” the markets will take another correction (down) over 2022 and will prompt owners to go into hiding – and yet this is when most growth occurs on the ground.
While businesses are retreating, now is the time to innovate the core to capture market share and build out the whole of the commercial model that’s going to drive high growth, high value into your business.
